During an Alaskan cruise, we stopped in Ketchikan. While there we took a tour aboard a ship which was once part the Deadliest Catch TV series. They took us to this little island owned by the local indigenous people. The island was home to more than 300 bald eagles. As they flew around I just started snapping away. One of m favorites from that trip.

Been a photographer for more than 50 years. As an Architectural Engineer I love architecture and things mechanical. I am also an avid gardener and flowers are another passion in my photography. As a frustrated artist, I have dabbled in pencil, and charcoal sketches, oil and watercolor paintings, but I settled on photography and digital art to expression my artistic passion.
